While working for AA Cargo, they wanted a better user experience on their website and I created an online pet booking application. Before, the AA Cargo website was hard to navigate and people had to call in to book their pet. By allowing them to book their pets online, it saved the company time and money.
I needed to create a new application that allowed the customers to navigate AA Cargo and book their pets online.
1) AA Cargo Website Redesign:
-Designed and developed the user interface
2) AA Cargo Pet Booking App
-Designed and developed the AA Cargo Website Pet Booking App
3) Collaboration: Worked with front-end and back-end developers, and project managers. Served as the advocate for human-centered design through out the production process, provided guidance to all members of the team.
