A mobile app needed to be created for 7 Eleven’s customers to purchase and see their rewards on the go.
I needed to create a new application that allowed the customers to purchase in store, see their rewards, and more in app.
1) Design Thinking Session: Created empathy map and user journey during the Design Thinking Session.
